North Haven is part of the Camden Haven area and falls within the Port Macquarie region. It is a region of unspoilt beauty from pristine beaches, to unspoilt waterways and national parks of with natural beauty, flora and fauna.

The North Haven area and surrounding towns of Laurieton, Camden Head, West Haven, Bonny Hills, Dunbogan, Crowdy Bay, Kendall, Wauchope and, to the north, Port Macquarie, are somewhat laid back and reminiscent of the wonderful seaside holidays of our childhood and is popular with tourists of all ages.
